Thanks for sharing the video, I hadn’t seen it. After watching it last week, I couldn’t determine if I appreciated Trump as President more or less than I already do. Then I saw this article today by Haley Stewart in American (https://www.americamagazine.org/politics-society/2018/01/19/im-unapologetically-pro-life-and-im-ashamed-trump-spoke-march-life) and it really resonated with me. This month I also read a book called ‘Unbelievable” by Katy Tur (https://www.goodreads.com/book/show/34150849-unbelievable) where she walked through the entire campaign from the perspective of a journalist. I feel so conflicted after all of these things. I, of course, want him to succeed – but that’s because I want our country to succeed. However, I think, even when he’s trying to help, he does damage. We shall see what the next 3 (or possibly 7) years bring us. Only the Lord can make this fruitful in the midst of the chaos that is now our government. Just some thoughts…

However, I think, even when he’s trying to help, he does damage.
I don’t think he helps the image of pro-lifers, but if he can establish concrete things such as pro-life judges and laws protecting religious freedom, I think it’ll go a long way to helping the pro-life cause as a whole.
