    I gave up cheese for Lent, and accidentally ate a cheese blintz this afternoon. I was so excited about Ukrainian food for lunch that I completely forgot the blintz filling was sweetened cream cheese.
    Am clearly batting a thousand on the Catholic front today. 😉
