When Thomas Macaulay said “… unless we break the very backbone of this nation, which is her spiritual and cultural heritage” and that is strategic operation that undermined African cultures, it is destroying the traditional family values or high moral values (spirituality, cultural heritage, ancient education system) that is make people human that is why they also used religions, that is the final nail.
In our vhangona( nguni) culture and heritage the ngona that means high moral order which in actual fact led to high moral values that make people human, which is all about spiritual principle or all about vhangona cultural practices in Africa – Sustainable lifestyle, morality and good relations between humans, land, environment comes while at the same time perform ritual in the sacred groves which is communication with ancestors as our mediator between man and nwali(God). So as Africa this strategy afect us a lot
