Ben’s point about “safe, legal, and RARE” is excellent. Why is it an undesirable thing if it’s not wrong on some level? if it is wrong on any level then the reason is because it is killing a human being? I think it made Dave realize his argument was on unsteady ground. Praying he comes around.
Yes, it’s a really good point. Whenever someone says something like “I wouldn’t have an abortion personally” or “We obviously want as few abortions as possible”, you’ve always got to ask them the important question: why?
