Depends what you mean by “good”…
“The word “good” has many meanings. For example, if a man were to shoot his grandmother at a range of five hundred yards, I should call him a good shot, but not necessarily a good man.”
– G.K. Chesterton

Is it wrong that this made me laugh?
Yeah :-p
I blame Chesterton and his dry English wit. 🙂 I just picked his collected “Father Brown” stories back up this weekend after putting it down for several months, and some of his descriptions of rather dour situations (murder! thievery!) are sending me into fits of giggles…
Chesterton is one of my all-time favorites :O)
Hey Susan, welcome to Restless Pilgrim.
If you like Chesterton then here are a few more bon mots from the Apostle of Common Sense…
I also hear that you lasted the full time in today’s Boot Camp challenge. Good job!
Ha ha ha :O)
Thank you. I figured the wall sit was better than doing a plank the remainder of the time – but rumor has it that you have done a plank for over an hour! That is craziness! I was dying doing the plank push-ups and crawls today. It was a hard circuit and I didn’t get near to finishing it, but at least I tried!
Not an hour, my record is eleven minutes. My goal is to do a fifteen minute plank by the end of the year.
Having said that, the plank walks kinda destroyed me this morning…
