In the last month, I’ve bought a new car and moved house. I always forget to do something necessary when this happens, so I’m drawing up a list of things to do…<\/p>\n

1. Order Internet (because priorities!)<\/del><\/p>\n

2. Contact Post Office to have my mail forwarded<\/a> from my old address<\/del><\/p>\n

3. Contact Bank to update home address for my account and credit card<\/del><\/p>\n

4. Update address\/car with car insurance<\/del><\/p>\n

5. Complete change of address form<\/a> with DMV and put in the mail<\/del><\/p>\n

6. Buy the stuff which the previous house had but the new one doesn’t (e.g. kitchen equipment)<\/del><\/p>\n

7. Send new address to friends and family<\/del><\/p>\n

8. Send your updated address to your parish <\/del><\/p>\n

9. Human Resources Department at work<\/del><\/p>\n\n\n
