However, I&#8217;ve never\u00a0had a chance to speak about one of the more interesting aspects of the Annunciation, the words used in greeting by the Angel Gabriel.<\/p>\n<p>Gabriel greets Mary with <span style=\"color: #993300\">&#8220;Hail, full of grace!&#8221;<\/span>. The Greek word used here is <span style=\"color: #000080\">Kecharitomene<\/span> (<span style=\"color: #000080\">\u03ba\u03b5\u03c7\u03b1\u03c1\u03b9\u03c4\u03c9\u03bc\u03ad\u03bd\u03b7<\/span>) and its significance should not be underestimated.
