However, I absolutely loved the lyrics! Or slavery to nature<br \/>\nAnd the bents that haunt him straight out of the womb?<br \/>\nHe doesn\u2019t have to learn the things unseemly that his instinct brings<br \/>\nTo carry like a burden from the cradle to the tomb<br \/>\nYou\u2019ll never have to teach him how to lie<br \/>\nIf we are born in innocence, well, don\u2019t you wonder why?<br \/>\nFor selfishness already dwells inside<br \/>\nThe birthright of Adam, the curse of the old man<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: center\"><em>Day and night<\/em><br \/>\n<em> Jekyll and Hyde in the fairytale<\/em><br \/>\n<em> This is much more frightening<\/em><br \/>\n<em> Darkness and light<\/em><br \/>\n<em> Feed the new man and tear the veil<\/em><br \/>\n<em> See the old man dying<\/em><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: center\">Behold the loving family man<br \/>\nWho tries to do the best he can<br \/>\nAnd loves his wife and children even more than his own life<br \/>\nBut just like that, a wandering eye leads to a suffocating lie<br \/>\nAnd selfishness and deep betrayal cuts them like a knife<br \/>\nIf mankind doesn\u2019t have a sinful drive<br \/>\nThen tell me why he\u2019d wreck his life to get some on the side?<br \/>\nThe warring of two natures deep inside<br \/>\nStarving the new keeps the old man alive<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: center\">Soul-sickness nailed to a cross<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: center\">Humankind in innocence, a lie so thinly veiled<br \/>\nMan born without soul-sickness: this is the fairytale<br \/>\nHide in the fairytale<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Today&#8217;s Music Monday is a little different from usual, a little more &#8220;metal&#8221; than most music I\u00a0usually post.
