Well, what can you expect? These were the days before YouTube&#8230;\u00a0Anyway, the author then gave an example of a Latin phrase which sounded rather familiar:<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: center\"><span style=\"color: #000000\"><em>&#8220;Quid est veritas?&#8221;<\/em><\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: left\">This is the (rather cynical) question asked of Jesus by Pontius Pilate; what is truth? Well, it turns out that there is a rather appropriate anagram for Pilate&#8217;s words:<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: center\"><span style=\"color: #000000\"><em>&#8220;Est vir qui adest&#8221;<\/em><\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: left\">The translation for this is <span style=\"color: #000000\"><em>&#8220;It is the man who is here&#8221;<\/em><\/span>.
