When I asked him about it, he told me that Google now shows a picture of me when you search for <em><span style=\"color: #000000\">&#8220;St. Drogo&#8221;<\/span><\/em>:<\/p>\n<p><a href=\"http:\/\/restlesspilgrim.net\/blog\/wp-content\/uploads\/2012\/09\/drogo.png\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"aligncenter\" src=\"http:\/\/restlesspilgrim.net\/blog\/wp-content\/uploads\/2012\/09\/drogo.png\" alt=\"\" width=\"555\" height=\"353\" \/><\/a><\/p>\n<p>St Drogo was a Saint who lived in the 12th Century and has the dubious honour of being the patron Saint of ugly people! Over a year ago I wrote<a href=\"http:\/\/restlesspilgrim.net\/blog\/2011\/05\/21\/unattractive-people\/\">\u00a0an article about him<\/a>, declaring him to be the Patron Saint of this blog.<\/p>\n<p>Well, it turns out that Google went looking for picture of St. Drogo, found\u00a0<a href=\"http:\/\/restlesspilgrim.net\/blog\/2011\/05\/21\/unattractive-people\/\">my article<\/a>\u00a0and falsely concluded that my portrait was, in fact, a picture of this French Saint!<\/p>\n<p>So, on the plus side, I&#8217;m now a canonized Saint!\u00a0Unfortunately, it means I also died in 1185&#8230; :-\/<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>A while ago my friend Ricardo pointed out to me that I am, in fact, a canonized Saint.\u00a0Even with my profound sanctity, not to mention my superlative humility, I was a little surprised when he said this.
